"My experience with a variety of contractors prepared me for the inevitable - a late arrival of a crew to replace my roof.  To my ever increasing surprise, not only was your crew on time, but 5 minutes early! EVERYONE arrived on time including the materials truck! There was absolutely no hesitation upon arrival and within minutes ladders were up and the transition of old roof to new was a methodical and thorough process. Plants were covered sufficiently and debris removed all day long from walkways and bedding areas.

Your people were courteous, pleasant, laughed much and singing could be heard as I meandered around the house to observe their progress. I spoke with the supervisor and asked if he could replace a small air vent cover that had dislodged itself and he smiled and said "of course".

Even though the project was too large to complete in one day, the area around my home was spotless - you would never know anyone was there accomplishing this task. The work was finished the next business day and I am one very satisfied customer - bring on the rain and wind!

And one note about the young lady in your office - she was superb. Her pleasant demeanor on the telephone giving me dates and her explanation of the entire process and payment expectations left me without questions.
