Position Overview
Guardian’s rapid expansion requires an experienced Gutter Technician to support the daily operations of our Gutter department. This position is based in Auburn, WA and will be responsible for commuting to and from job sites throughout our service area. The Technician will work closely with the Production Manager to support the efficiency of the production department’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a 2-member crew to install gutters and gutter covers to our high standards.
- Assure Customer Satisfaction by installation of all services correctly the first time. (retrofitting – no new construction)
- Continue to improve your knowledge and craftsmanship through being open to ongoing training.

Qualifications:

Position Overview
Guardian is rapidly expanding and needs a highly motivated self-starter to join our new Insulation department. The Insulation Technician will work directly with Insulation team members, the Repair and Maintenance Production Manager, and homeowners. The technician will be responsible for laying or replacing insulation materials in homes to control or maintain structural temperature. The ideal candidate will be goal oriented, have excellent verbal and communication skills, exercise good decision making and will make safety a priority at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently or in a 2-member crew to install insulation in accordance with Guardian’s high standards.
- Install and replace insulation in homes and mechanical systems.
- Read and fully understand production plans and timelines.
- Clears and disposes of old insulation according to established safety guidelines.
- Loads and unloads insulation materials.
- Install or spray insulation in attics by Operate a loose fill machine
- Measures and cut insulation to fit into walls, ceilings, and around pipes.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing top level customer service while processing work orders, analyzing job details for accuracy, communicating, and updating clients at all stages of their project, invoicing and collecting, on 40-50 projects per week. The project coordinator serves as the liaison between the customer and production department, where over 30% of our projects are generated from repeat customers and customer referrals. Key Responsibilities:

This position as the Safety Manager will examine the workplace for environmental or physical factors that could affect employee health, safety, comfort, and performance. The Safety Manager will be responsible for acting as a liaison between business and roof laborers to ensure crews are safe, and proper procedure are being followed on jobsites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review physical, biological, and chemical workplace hazards
- Conduct safety and environmental audits on and off job-site
- Investigate health-and safety-related complaints, spills of hazardous chemicals, outbreaks of diseases or poisonings, and workplace accidents,
- Inspect workplaces to ensure that equipment, materials, and production process es do not represent a safety or health hazard to employees or general public
- Develop, implement, and evaluate health and safety programs and strategies
