Guardian Roofing was
founded on one basic principal. Focus on helping people solve their
problems. This sounds elementary. But if it is, why do so many Puget Sound
homeowners have so many bad contractor experiences?
Buying
a roofing contractor service is not like buying a finished product. A
finished product like a car or a computer is usually constructed in a
factory somewhere. A construction project gets constructed on your home, or
in your home.
Since Tacoma area homeowners would not be buying a contracting service if
they were roofing contractors for a living it is safe to assume that they
are relying on the contractor to be "The Professional". What the homeowner
does not consider is that there is no formal training for most contracting
trades. No training for design, specifications, installation, or most
importantly how to run a business. This is where focusing on helping people

Our crews are factory trained for the products we install. Everyone that
works at Guardian Roofing is an employee with Worker's Compensation
Insurance that protects you in case of injury. Our employees have received
the Technician Seal of Safety. This certifies that they have been Background
Checked for violent crime, receive regular Drug Screen, and have been
Factory Trained for their craft.
Guardian Roofing was founded by Aaron Santas, Matt Swanson, and Lori
Swanson. Together they oversee all operations of the company from Sales,
Client Services, and Administrative Services. Collectively Aaron, Matt, and
Lori have been working in the roofing industry for 43 years.
